A new pool company in Central Florida, still in pre-launch. Nobody searching for a pool builder could find them.

   Optimized to do one job: take a homeowner already thinking about a pool and make it easy to raise their hand.

2. 02 The Google Business Profile

   Categories, service areas, real project photos and reviews coming in: what a homeowner checks before picking up the phone.

3. 03 The ads

   Google ads in front of homeowners in their service area, right when they search for this work.

4. 04 The phone

   BluePath handles the calls themselves, and does it well. Three projects signed: $52,000, $55,000 and $52,000.

What came out of it

All of it lives in their own accounts. If they left tomorrow, they would take the whole system with them.
